spring time in the maritimes!
been an interesting time around the vortex lately
must thank feelsgood for helping keep the good times rolling

tamms yog-a-licious has been keeping us all in good form to keep up with the fun... i'm addicted to yoga!
yoga by candle light is now yoga at sunset.. yay for that!
