Novaks are keeping East Coast Rock alive and Coming back to the Capital
If you were to pick a place to base a rock band out of very few would decide St. John’s Newfoundland, but the Novaks are not every band.

Remembrance Day Reflection
Dear Friends,
Last week, as we were honoring Canada's fallen soldiers at Remembrance Day celebrations throughout the country, a couple of things struck me. Was it a coincidence that Stephen Harper chose this moment to renege on our commitment to withdraw Canadian forces from Afghanistan in 2011?
Next year we will mark the 10th anniversary of September 11th. This got me thinking on my second point: about how my feelings have changed about this day over the past ten years.… Continue
