the milk of the coffee is separate yet once added, flowers as would the beginning of life. The trail of movement spirals inward and outward on the visible surface, while the essence spreads as a dissipating cloud within the structural matter that is the black coffee. Eventually transmuting to a whole new liquid as akin to a film of the life and death of a galaxy viewed in macro motion.
Then you drink it, and it gives you energy.

I’m very happy to inform all those who have not heard yet that the Feels Good community is in full force at the 2010 ECMA performances. The amazing talent from the east coast is showcased at the ECMA festival and we are happy to say we have worked with a lot of the artists that are going to be performing. Looking through my catalogue of music on my IPod it is hard not to notice that the predominant feature is the east coast music including Andy Brown, Tom Fun, Weak Size Fish, David Myles, Keith…

Gloryhound Live @ The Cellar
October 16, 2009
An opening act that stole the show is the best way to describe Glorryhound's performance at UNB’s Cellar Pub. This amazingly tight rock band from the streets of Halifax is a blast to watch. Even though the crowd was lack luster and boiling over in university ironic dancing Gloryhound put on an amazing show that surprised me. Gloryhound seems to have risen from the ashes of 70’s hard rock that has been pushed under ground and spit on by the…

Another Thanksgiving Rolls around and another full stomach, this was followed by a lot of old friends and a trip to the Wilser's Room to see Andy Brown and his band. The evening started off with music by Rich Gloade who is just a marathon runner of a musician. Rich never fails to impress a crowd with his catalogue of songs that seems to have no end.
After Rich's performance Andy Brown and His band took the stage to a crowd indulging in the newest Picaroons beer the Feels Good…

so...hi..... I know its been a while since I've posted anything....I didn't really have anything worth while to say, until a couple of weeks ago, when it happened. Another tangled, tragic love story. It happened at Harvest Jazz and Blues, and I've just calmed down about it enough to post what happened.
It was a beautiful Thursday afternoon when the lunatics took me and nate for a walk downtown, nate as always was gallpoing ahead doing his best to lead us to the place we dare not…

i know so many people who say they hate clocks. honest to god, clocks. they figure that without them, they could be emancipated. they're not wrong.
you have a boss, more likely then not. you might be a boss, but you probably have to answer to someone. there's always a bigger fish. the cheese does not stand alone.
you might like your boss. you might hate your boss. you might suck up to your boss. but he's not really your…
