Chapter Three.
I have been without work and it has brought to a point of stagnation. I am going crazy inside the walls of my home, yet I rarely leave. I hitchhiked from Blacks Harbor to St. Andrews today, I could have walked the whole way, but I stuck my thumb out.
If only I could stick my thumb out and something could carry me years down the road towards where I'm headed, with what seems to be far greater ease and pleasure than how I am getting there. Would I want my future then?

So if anyone pays attention to this page, I changed it from Matt Skallery to Scott Mallory. For anyone who knows me just from Feels Good, Scott Mallory is my real name and I have decided to go with it. So now I am Scott Mallory (the artist formerly known as Matt Skallery). Sorry for any confusion.

This is my first blog entry for this site, I heard about this place from my friend Adam Jeffrey, a really special guy with great talents for the visual arts and he is a very bright man. I am on here to put my first foot forward on my music. I have played for a long time but I am right where I need to be now with stepping out and playing music.
