A Mail Art Fundraiser for a Homeless Gallery

Mail-Me-Art! Create a piece of art on the outside of an envelope or package and send it through the mail to Gallery Connexion’s post office box. You can use any type of envelope, postcard, package or box, and let the postal system become part of the art.

All work will be on exhibit for two weeks at Crumbs Cafe at 551 King Street, and the silent auction of work will come to a close at a party on Valentine's Day! Feb 14, 2009 - so your mail-me-art may be love-ly!

Anyone can participate - all proceeds will go towards a new home for Gallery Connexion!

Gallery Connexion gratefully acknowledges the continued support of its membership and the financial support of the Canada Council for the Arts, the Province of New Brunswick, the New Brunswick Foundation for the Arts, the City of Fredericton and the New Brunswick Arts Board.

Gallery Connexion has a temporary office space at the Fredericton Playhouse and is open Tuesday to Friday, 11 to 4pm. The search for a new home continues.........
