FeelsGood.ca in partnership with Picaroons and Crabbe Mountain Ski Resort is pleased to announce the first ever Beer/Art/Music Festival to be held on the slopes of New Brunswicks best ski hill this August 29th & 30th. The Event will be a celebration of the Maritime’s best Brews, Artisans and Musical talent. We are striving to be as environmentally responsible as possible and keeping this festival as true to local maritime talent and services as we can.
First Off, Let’s talk about the beer! Fredericton based North Hampton Brewing Company, makers of traditional English Ales, have been brewing up something special this summer; FeelsGood Imperial Pilsner! The festival will be the offical unveiling of the newest Picaroons Flavour (stay up to date on sneak previews around the province at www.feelsgood.ca) and Of course we will still have other Picaroons favourites on tap for you to enjoy responsibly.
The Market portion of the event will begin Saturday afternoon to allow vendors from the Fredericton Farmer’s Market to get to the site and set up shop. The Market will remain open until Sunday evening, hosting vendors of many artistic mediums, fresh vegetables, Ethnic Cuisine, Pottery, Clothing, Prints, etc, etc.
Now let’s talk about that music!! We will be dividing the musical element into two days; the first day (Sat. Aug 29th) will see music on the Main Stage by such Acts as David Myles Band, Hot Toddy, Issac & Blewett, Gordon Gets Lost, Ryan Leblanc and many more. On Sunday we will be having a smaller stage within the market area with Weak Size Fish, FM hi low, The Tallest Band on Earth and acts from the FoodClothingShelterMusic Collective
