...Originally from St. Andrews, raised on Prince Edward Island, and now based out of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Owen is a young singer/songwriter/part-time hobo, who is a relatively new face on Canada's independant music scene...now joined by a backing band, Mike (mumble) Humble on percussion and Scott Culligan on the Stand up Bass, Owen Steel et al is ready to hit the road.
